Front-end to the Event Index Services.
It allows to

Access and search Event Index.
Annotate and extend Event Index entries.

Full functionality is available via API, REST and WS.

REST Web Service

REST.jsp&element=<element>?search=<name1>:<value1>,<name2>:<value2>...?select=<name1>:<value1>,<name2>:<value2>...?tag=<name1>:<value1>,<name2>:<value2>...

element: element type to search, Event, Dataset, Run, Stream, Project, AmiTag
search: search terms for the core element properties (stored in Phoenix and read-only)
select: search terms for the element tags (stored in HBase and modifiable)
tag: the tags to be set or modified
