Detector and Event Display
Features

- Nesting: Objects may be nested.
- Scope: Objects (declarations) may have defined scope.
- Relations: Objects can have names and may be used by other objects.
- Inheritance (multiple): Named objects can serve as
classes from which other objects may inherit.
- Hyperlinks: Defined objects (or parts of them) may serve
as WWW or VRML anchors. VRML browsers cooperates
with WWW browsers.
- LOI - Level of Details: Rendering (and transfer) goes
only for objects which are seen in used projection and with used resolution. So
zooming or moving transfers and renders new objects to the view.
- Extensibility: New types of objects may be created
(if they are properly defined).
- Behaviour: Objects may move and interact. Forces may be
added (gravity,...). -- Not yet implemented.
- Cyberspace: Users may be represented by Avatars
and move and interact through them. -- Not yet implemented.
